My name is Jeremy, a strength training enthusiast who has dabbled in powerlifting, martial arts and bodybuilding before finding his primary calling in olympic weightlifting.
Committed to an evidence based, realistic approach to weightlifting, I aim to coach athletes in an effective, efficient way towards sustainable results. I have used my methods in both complete beginners as well as national champions and record holders.
Over the years, I have both followed, developed and taught all manner of education on nutrition, strength training and specifically weightlifting, with the intent to guide people into letting sports improve their quality of life, regardless whether it is for health, performance or sheer fun.
